Default settings of "Move Window to Workspace X"

Description:
When attempting to use the default settings for any of the "Move Window to
Workspace X" nothing happens.
Default = "Alt+Control+KPX"
When I reset the shortcuts (double clicking and typing "Alt+Control+KPX" -- the
shortcut text changes to "Control+Alt+KPX" (inverse) and it now works.

Hardware/Software:
Ubuntu Edgy
xubuntu-desktop installation (apt-getted over default ubuntu installation)
PS2 Keyboard
