Create a file "~/test.txt".
Press Alt-F2 and type "~/test.txt" and enter.

Actual:
Error is shown

Expected:
Run "mousepad ~/test.txt"

".txt" is assigned to "text/plain" which is assigned to be opened by mousepad.

Of course "~/test.txt" has to be first detected to be a non-executable file,
i.e. shell-like tide expansion needed.
