Yeah, that's fine by me.  It doesn't handle non-square icons (obviously), but
do
we care?  Maybe if we need it I can add a
xfce_themed_icon_load_maintain_aspect() function.  Though that's probably
overkill.  Go ahead and commit it if you want.
