Summary: Disable cursor blinking not working
           Product: Xfce
           Version: 4.3.90.1 (4.4beta1)
          Platform: PC (x86_64)
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Medium
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: xfce-bugs at xfce.org
        ReportedBy: mark at sidefx.com

As I enter enter this bug using Firefox, the cursor blinks at me.

I've disabled the cursor blinking in the keyboard preferences.

I've verified that "Net/CursorBlink" is set to 0 in
~/.xfce4/settings/keyboard.xml

I've logged out and in a couple of times.

In the keyboard preferences, when I put the cursor in the text field, there's
no blinking.

However, in Firefox, GAIM, Psi, etc. the cursor blinks at me and slowly drives
me crazy.

I don't know how to rate the priority of this. It's a relatively minor thing,
but I find it really really annoying.
