in libxfce4util 4.3.90, libxfce4uti/i18n.h is not included in
libxfce4util/libxfce4util.h. This prevents the successful compilation of
xfmedia 0.9.1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install xfce4.4 beta 2
2. compile xfmedia 0.9.1

Actual Results:
the compilation of xfmedia 0.9.1 fails at

cc -O -pipe -o xfmedia-remote xfmedia_remote-xfmedia-remote.o -L/usr/local/lib
../xfmedia/.libs/libxfmedia-remote-client.a /usr/local/lib/libdbus-glib-1.so
/usr/local/lib/libgobject-2.0.so /usr/local/lib/libdbus-1.so
/usr/local/lib/libglib-2.0.so /usr/local/lib/libintl.so
/usr/local/lib/libiconv.so -Wl,--rpath -Wl,/usr/local/lib -Wl,--rpath
-Wl,/usr/local/lib
xfmedia_remote-xfmedia-remote.o(.text+0x284): In function `main':
: undefined reference to `xfce_textdomain'

this function is defined in libxfce4util/i18n.h

xfmedia compiles, but xfmedia-remote fails

Expected Results:
xfmedia-remote should also compile
