Reporter: did the installer give you any indication that it was or wasn't going
to compile file icon support into xfdesktop?  Did it check for thunar-vfs and
dbus?  Did the dbus check fail?  A new requirement in 4.4rc2 is that you need
*both* thunar-vfs and dbus (and dbus-glib, if you have a post-1.0 dbus); either
one missing will disable compiling support for file icons.
