Whe n i run an application on the desktop 1 (ie. screen 1 with xinerama) after
i change desktop (ie. screen) the application start on the active one. Whe can
see the problem when trying to run some huge application like gimp, ooffice.
When i launch it on dekstop one and change the desktop while it's loading i got
the application on the screen thath i currently am. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run some huge application (ie ooffice writer)
2.switch to another desktop
3.application will start on the desktop you currently are not the one you've
launched it.

Actual Results:  
application starts on the desktop you currently are not the one you launched
it.

Expected Results:  
the application should start on the desktop where you launch it.
