When launching KDE app from a shortcut in the systray on the taskbar the
application window is opened on the last virtual desktop.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch a KDE app (kmix for example)
2. Collaps it to the systray by choosing "Hide"
3. Launch it from the systray by right click and choosing "show window"

Actual Results:  
App windows opened on the last virtual desktop

Expected Results:  
App window should be opened on the current desktop

Tested on both Mandriva and Debian with xfce-utils-4.2.2
