i vote for it. though not a keyboard-only user it is still nice to be able to
shut down or log out with one hand (like i'm used to from other environments).

remembering the last selection would be even better but just having the 
1. radio button group with the focus, and 
2. the enter key working while focus is on the radio buttons
would be really nice.
