this patch fixes problem by using pkg-config

This patch fixes a minor problem I reported, it requires the following

    CODEGEN_PATH="`pkg-config --variable=codegendir pygtk-2.0`"
    AC_SUBST([CODEGEN_PATH])

lines actually.
