Implemented.  Requires a merge from the SVN xinitrc to work properly.


add mouse cursor theme selector from Pasi Orovuo, with bunches of
modifications by yours truly.  when gtk 2.8 comes out, this should support
changing cursor themes on the fly without any changes.
