I use an xinerama environment with two monitors using 1280x1024 on both. At the
left one i have the XFCE-Panel and on the right border of the right monitor i
have a gkrellm configured to behave like a system panel. So the maximum space on
the right monitor is more in y and less in x than on the left monitor.
It would be nice if XFCE would behave in the following manner when moving a
maximized window from one to another monitor in an xinerama environment:
When grabbing the window on the title bar and if it is a maximized window, the
window does not move until the mousecursor reaches another monitor the window
moves to the other window at one time and fits automatically in the maximal
space it has on this monitor to expand.

Gnome does it like this and i think it's a really useful feature!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start XFCE in xinerama environment,
2. open some window (browser, Filemanager, xterm, whatever) and maximize it,
3. move it on the other monitor

Actual Results:  
The window moves like a non-maximized window and i will have to move it around
to fit it on the other monitor and resize it if the other monitor has more/less
space available for the window.

Expected Results:
