I think  the ones that don't hav svg icons show up. Perhaps you could try to
uninstall librsvg temporarily and see if this command fixes the issue (run as root):

 # gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders > /etc/gtk-2.0/gdk-pixbuf.loaders

You probably want to install librsvg into the same prefix as gtk. Maybe
symlinking or copying the loader works as well. This is not Xfce's fault.
