xftaskbar4 used to divide the whole length of the taskbar into the number of
open windows. If one window was open, it would have taken the total length of
the taskbar. If two windows were open, each would have taken half the length of
the taskbar...etc. This behaviour was changed in 4.1 CVS and consequently
4.2-beta1 without the option to choose the old behaviour.
