With russan locale, in Sessions & Startup settings dialog, on other settings tab
popup to checkbox for start KDE services on starup is missed sense of phrase.
And for russian users...
Некорректный перевод. Написано "увеличивает скорость загрузки", когда надо
"увеличивает времяя загрузки"
