Summary: Some minor dnd issues with xfce4-panel
Description:
* When autohide is turned on and I drop an item over the panel the panel
unhides, but then when I hover the item over the launcher menu, the menu
doesn't pop up. It only pops up if the panel is not in autohide mode.

* I am only able to add new launcher menuitems via dnd if the menu was
opened before the dnd action. If the menu is closed and I hover over the
launchermenu, the menu pops up but it's not possible to add a new
launcher.

Both issues with gtk 2.4 and CVS HEAD.

Issues related with DnD have already been reported with gtk+-2.4.0. I'm not
sure the second point is on xfce side.

Not sure if I can do much about it. Might be gtk issues.
