Summary:                    Panel segfaults, apparently only with taskbar plugin
Description: 
Loading/removing the taskbar plugin several times (3 or 4 times) always
crashes the panel.

CVS HEAD panel, Gtk 2.4.

Probably related to the plugin. But since plugins shouldn't crash the
panel... Reported here on Jasper's request.

The plugin bug is fixed in CVS. I forgot to drop the callback handler after
removing the plugin...
