Résumé:       Panel segfaults, apparently only with taskbar plugin
Description: 
Loading/removing the taskbar plugin several times (3 or 4 times) always
crashes the panel.

CVS HEAD panel, Gtk 2.4.

Probably related to the plugin. But since plugins shouldn't crash the
panel... Reported here on Jasper's request.
