Summary:                    focus on borderless Eterm
Description: 
Borderless Eterms always raise to top when clicked in them, even when the
windowmanager is configured to only raise the window when the titlebar is
clicked. Previous versions of the wm did it correctly.

Sorry, but that's on purpose. A borderless window has no title nor border,
so it would be impossible to raise otherwise...

(Please note that's not new, it's been like that in all 4.0.x releases)
