Summary:                    Panel Orientation and Autohide side not independant
Description: 
There currently is no way to make the panel orientation and the side that
the panel autohides on independent. Ie, horizontal panels always use the
bottom side to hide in, and vertical panels always use the left side to
hide in.

The panel hides to the screen side the panel is on. That how it's suposed
to work.
