Summary:                    Blured icons and can't set icon theme
Description: 
I've just upgraded Xfce to CVS version and the icons on the panel are ugly
(totally blured). And changing the icon theme doesn't do anything, and
also the plugin "System Button" has always the same icons, I can't change
them.

It's only when I choose "Other icon" and choose one on the system that I
hav this problem the others icons are ok.
