After upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 my custom shortcut keybindings are no
longer respected. Has anything changed?

The problem remains (at least for me) and is reproducible. If I downgrade
to 4.0.3 the custom keybindings work. FWIW, I'm using the Gentoo
distribution.

I gave up on getting the custom keybindings working with XFCE4 and instead
I now use xbindkeys. That works flawlessly.

I'm quite sure custom keybindings work fine. Please reopen when there are
still problems.
