Summary: Norwegian translation
Description:
Apparently

msgid "Settings manager not available"
msgstr "Instilligns håndterer ikke tilgjengelig"

in po/no.po should be:

msgid "Settings manager not available"
msgstr "Instillignshåndtereren ikke tilgjengelig"

Not sure who does your Norwegian translations as they don't seem to be
listed in that file.

This is bug:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=240275

If you want to talk to the original submitter then they are in the bug.

I'm quite sure this has been added. Anyway, xfce-i18n list is the correct
place for this.
