Summary:                    xfce4-panel (CVS) : mailcheck plugin = 100% CPU for pop3 account
Description: 
>From time to time, my ISP's mail servers get real slow at responding to
requests.  When this is the case, and mailcheck checks for mail, the
xfce4-panel process takes up 100% CPU time, and stops responding to input.
 Only possible action is to kill the panel and start it up again.

Thanks for the report. I don't think I will have much time, if any, to work
on this, so if someone else would like to have a look, that would be
highly appreciated.

Probably mail checking, at least remote, should be done in a separate
thread.
