Summary:                    Set Focus on Window of starting programs
Description: 
When I start an application through the Panel it should get the Focus
wether it was started with a Launcher or with a Mini Command Line.
There should be a configuration option for turning this on/off and/or a
keyboard shortcut (e.g. press shift + enter/mouseklick)

There is an option for the window manager to give focus to new windows.
Turn that on.
