Summary:                    Panel launchers commands are not saved for new users: completion combo bug?
Description: 
19-02-2004 CVS: Create a new user and start a new XFce4 default session. If
you open a panel launcher configuration dialog, no command appears in the
"command" field, and there is no way to save a new one, until xfrun is run
for the first time and solves the problem.
