Summary:                    Taskbar program title length.
Description: 
I like how the taskbar in 4.0.x a program took the hole length of the
taskbar with the name centered.And if a another program started it would
split it in half then if a third started it would be 1/3 for each program,
etc.

In 4.0.6 the name of the program did not get cut off till you had tons of
programs open, now with the set length even with one program open text is
cut off.

Sorry if I open to many bug reports.I just thought I should give my two
cents to try and make xfce even better :)

This is not a bug, it's an opinion. Please discuss on the mailing list

there was a bit of discussion about this on the mailing list, and it was
generally decided to keep it as it is now.  devs, feel free to reopen if
you think this should be revisited.

for some reason I started to dislike that cutting too. If you are
interested, check out the trivial patch.
