Hi,

currently xftaskbar show up on left most screen. I'd like it to show up on
a selectable screen or ALL screens.

this may be fixed in current CVS HEAD, as xftaskbar4 is now horizontally
resizeable.  unable to test as i don't have a xinerama setup.
