Summary: ~/.themes does not seem to be read
Description:
I upgraded from version 4.0.2 to 4.0.3
After doing so, my custom keys (like pressing Alt+F1 for a terminal) no
longer work.

It seems to be related to problem I have since upgrading from 4.0.0. I have
my custom keys in ~/.themes/xfwm4/simas.keys . But these don't appear in
Keyboard settings menu, the only workaround is to define in
~/.xfwm4/settings/xfwm4.xml my custom theme (simas.keys). Then my key
bindings starts to work again, and it shows entry in keyboard settings..
Until it is changed to something else (Default keys).

does this problem still occur with xfce 4.0.4? (or, if it's released by
the time you get back here, 4.0.5)
