Summary: Problem with systray not showing
Description:
The problem occures with the latest 4_0 version of xfwm4 and libxfcegui4
with KDE systray protocol and with freedesktop.org. I tested ksteak, PSI
and amule.

If I start the application, all works fine and the icon is displayed. But
if I exit it and start it again, nothing is displayed. If I start it
twice, the second instance shows the icon.

The behaviour is reproducable.
