Summary: some XFWM styles ignore button layout
Description:
setting WM preferences, i have chosen the button layout
'maximize-hide-title-close', hiding the other buttons.
this is ok w my chosen decor'n style 'Agua',
but when trying out the other styles listed for XFWM 4.0.3.1 ,
i found that many do not respect that choice.
eg 'Adept' gives the layout 'hide-title-maximize-close',
'b6' gives 'title-shade-hide-maximize-close',
'buzz' gives 'title-hide-maximize-close'
& many others further down the list give other orderings.
is this something fixed in the styles or is it a bug in XFWM ?

The theme designer can choose to force the button layout. No bug here, just
a feature.
