Hi,

I just repeat on the mailinglist for the record here. Note the name of
the list is 'xfce-apps at xfce.org'.

=====

the five of you have showed interest in becoming a maintainer of
'apps.xfce.org', the new site that should become a library or reference
for Xfce-based applications (or even applications that just work really
well together with Xfce).

To increase the chance of this happening in the best way possible, I
suggest that you 5 decide yourselves in what way you wish to setup this
site. This gives you the opportunity to lower the amount of work you do
on it and make it a group effort, which will benefit the continuity of
the site as well.

I suggest that you all go fight and discuss and make a plan on how you
are gonna tackle it too. You will be given a ssh account on the server
if needed etc. in time, but for now I would like to have you concentrate
on working together. Perhaps it is a wise choice to pick one of you as
'group leader' so not everyone is asking me for details, and me and the
Xfce project people can check upon you easily.

I suggest that you CC everyone in the addressee list. I will create a
mailinglist `apps at xfce.org` to which you all will be subscribed. As soon
as that is setup, the discussion and maintenance should be performed on
that (public) list.
