We are pleased to announce this first pre-release on the way to Xfce
4.20.

Relevant information for packagers (and users):
- libxfce4windowing is a new component
- Wayland support will only be experimental for Xfce 4.20 

This is a platform release. For a detailed list of changes, please refer
to the release notes of the individual components.

The final Xfce 4.20 release is planned for December. For more
information, please refer to our roadmap:
