This is (final?) maintenance release of this plugin for users of Xfce
<=4.14.
>From Xfce 4.16 onwards this functionality is provided by the
xfce4-panel itself in the new "Status Tray" plugin.

- Prevent crash when parsing properties (Fixes #6)
- Create README.md and update configure.ac.in
- Add basic GitLab pipeline
- Update URLs from goodies.x.o to docs.x.o (Bug #16177)
- Translation Updates:
