This is development release of xfconf targeting Xfce 4.14. Changes from 4.13.5
- Added .NOTPARALLEL to property change test (bug #13840)
- Implement an optional GSettings backend

In order to use the new GSettings backend, you can set the environment variable
$GSETTINGS_BACKEND=xfconf
