Release notes for 0.8.9
=======================
This is another maintenance release, using locationforecastLTS version
1.3 because 1.2 will go end of life in May, and fixing a few compiler
warnings. As usual, it also comes with updated translations, so many
thanks to the translators for their contributions!

Detailed release notes:
- Bump LocationforecastLTS version to 1.3
- Fix two compiler warnings about implicit declarations of functions
- Change more URLs from http://yr.no to https://met.no
- Translation updates: Basque, Croatian, Czech, Occitan, Slovak
