What is xfce4-wavelan-plugin?

This plugin is used to display stats from a wireless lan interface
(signal state, signal quality, network name (SSID)). It supports NetBSD,
OpenBSD, FreeBSD, and Linux.

Release notes for 0.5.99
========================
Port to Gtk+3.

Note this is a development release, aimed for packagers and testers so
that we get a wider coverage of Gtk+3 versions (3.14, 3.16, 3.18,
3.20..)
