Release notes for 0.8.7

This release fixes the sunrise API deprecation warning. It does not
introduce any new features but there have been a lot of translation
updates.

- Use met.no sunrise-1.1 API (bug #12333)
- Translation updates: Catalan, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian,
  Icelandic, Italian, Korean, Lithuanian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish
