[Please note that this is a development release.]

- Added default colors to xfce basic theme
- Fix uinitialized value (bug #10877)
- Support trough-side-details
- Added flat_border and focus_color style properties
- More rendering improvements
- Gtk+-3 support has been stopped

For Xfce 4.12 the gtk-xfce-engine will be gtk2 only.
This release contains the same version of the gtk2 engine and themes as
the 2.9.2 release. And gtk3 has been disabled by default but is still
present.
