What is xfce4-equake-plugin?

Equake Xfce is a panel plugin for the Xfce Panel which monitors
earthquakes and displays an update each time a new earthquake occurs.

Release notes for 1.3.5
=======================
The main highlight of this release is a change to the way memory is
allocated and the way the application responds to allocation failures.
This is done to increase stability even more. In addition there are some
some minor code changes and fixes.
