This release fixes 3 bugs:

 * Use newer tooltip API (bug #8730)
 * Make tooltip strings translatable and MB->MiB string updates (bug
#8828)
 * Always update progress bars even if stats are unavailable (bug
#8845)

It also looks better in multirows panels.
