gtk2 menu shadow patch updated

A new version of the patch to allow a nice drop shadow effect to
GTK+-2.2.x has been released.

The patch, along with prepatched RPMS for Red Hat 9 and a tar archive
containing the patch and a number of other patches from Red Hat and
Ximian Desktop 2 is also avaialbe from the site.

Changes:
	* Fix a bug in multiscreen mode (not Xinerama) that caused GNOME
	  panel to crash
	* Update to gtk version 2.2.2
	* Add patches from Ximian Desktop 2 to prebuilt rpms and tarball
