xfce 3.8.18 released

xfce 3.8.18 has been (finally) released today.

Among changes, users will most notice the new taskbar but numerous other
small changes occured.

Please note that could be one of the latest releases of xfce3 series
before next coming xfce4.

You can grab source and binaries directly from http://www.sf.net, web
site at http://www.xfce.org as usual.
