[Xfce-advocacy] Translate the whole site into german

Hey,

since a few weeks im using xfce with debian wheezy, because kde and gnome are fat and lame. 

So the official website from the xfce-project is completly english, italian or japanese. In my free time i write some wikipedia articles and so on. 

If the project needs support at translation, i can help you. Or translate it step by step by myself.
