[Xfce-advocacy] 4.0 -> 4.2 log

Hi all

I wonder. I think we should refer to the type of application rather than
the application anme.

E.g.

Use "Window Manager (xfwm4)"
Instead of "xfwm4"

Use "Settings Manager (xfce-mcs-manager)"
Instead of "xfce-mcs-manager settings manager"

Use "Desktop (xfdesktop)"  <=== Here we need a better name
Instead of "xfdesktop"

So that people who know little or nothing about Xfce don't feel
rejected :) - What do you think?
