XFCE accessibility improvements

Hi,

I don't know what's the current progress on a11y on xfce, but I'd like to
submit an idea. Do you think it'd be good to submit some projects to Google Summer
of Code? I can coordinate the approach, with submissions, tests and relationship
with she xfce project. But would the project appreciate this? Submissions should
be done before March, 18th. What's your opinion?
