[Xfc-dev] printing support and first xfconf

Hi ...

XFC are now able to do printing via the GTK+ library (I use it in a 
private app), it works nicely for me, but details are missing, like 
documentation and a few features.

Also, the first real xfce element have been started (hope the lib 
structure makes sense), and this is the xfconf wrapper for the client 
side, as this is a very useful part of xfce :-)

Next stop, the panel and more debian wrapping (my debian files are part 
of the svn tree).
