http://svn.xfce.org/svn/xfce/xfc/trunk seems to work.

Last changes to XFC were made on 2005-08-27 but other XFCE modules were
modified quite recently. Maybe XFC is already in a state that can be
released with the next version of XFCE and they are concentrating
development on the other modules. But this is just a wild guess...
