[Xfc-dev] Tutorial/ch7: should show the main_vbox

Hi,

With the code shown here:
   http://xfc.xfce.org/docs/tutorial/html/chapter07.html
the application window is empty, because the main_vbox is not shown.

So for instance this could be added at the end of XfcApp::XfcApp()
    main_vbox->show();

And then the program will show the elegant XfcApp application from this 
very nice tutorial (thanks a lot for it).
