[Thunar-dev] Desktop actions

I would like to know if action support of desktop entries has been
dropped [0]. According to NEWS [1] it was not dropped.

I am using Thunar 1.4.0 under Salix OS 14.0.

[thunar-archive-plugin] good peazip.tap file, but can't create archives

Is it possible to utilize actions from desktop files in a similar
